The families do. In A2Me, every member can download a complete archive of everything they created — posts, journals, stories, trips, original photos and videos, and keepsake PDFs. Account deletion prepares that export first by default, and if Kinnectd ever had to shut down a product, every account would automatically receive its full data export by email before anything went dark. That capability is built and tested today, not a promise for later.
